A Global Leadership and Exchange Program

At its core, the program aims to equip participants with the skills, resources, and networks needed to drive community development and global progress.

As they journey through CSP, fellows become catalysts for change, addressing issues ranging from gender equality and advocacy to climate preservation and peace.

The IREX Fellowship Experience

IREX, an international nonprofit organisation, administers the CSP as part of its mission to promote positive change worldwide.

The program encompasses a four-month fellowship within the United States, during which fellows engage with host organisations nationwide.

This immersive experience not only broadens their perspectives but also moulds them into influential leaders ready to steer their communities toward a brighter future.

Building Leaders through the Community Leadership Institute

The heart of the CSP lies in the Community Leadership Institute, a specialised platform within the program.

Participants undergo intensive training, mentorship, and guidance to enhance their management and leadership prowess.

The curriculum includes face-to-face and virtual courses, one-on-one coaching, professional advice, and access to an extensive network of CSP alums.
