Latest Injury Report On Themba Zwane

Oh how we missed Themba Zwane’s presence on the field during Mamelodi Sundowns’ 3-2 victory over Richards Bay in the Nedbank Cup Last 32.

The sultry midfielder was sidelined with a mysterious injury, much to Coach Rhulani Mokwena’s distress.

But fear not, the Sundowns gaffer is doing everything in his power to get Themba back in tip-top shape and back on the field where he belongs.

Rulani Mokwena, the mastermind behind Mamelodi Sundowns’ success, was tight-lipped about the availability of their star midfielder, Themba Zwane, for their upcoming Caf Champions League showdown against Al-Hilal of Sudan.

When probed about Zwane’s potential participation, the Sundowns coach stated, “We’re eagerly awaiting the results from the scans, but all signs point to it not being as dire as it appeared. So, I’ll keep my cards close to my chest for now.”

“Zwane, our captain and MVP, is out with a knock. But don’t you worry, he’s not seriously hurt.”

“We hope to have him back in the game soon, dancing around the pitch with his fancy footwork.”

“But for now, we’ll just have to work with what we’ve got, even if we’re down a few players like Domingo, Maboe, and Boutouil.

“Luckily, we’ve got a team of talented individuals ready to step up to the plate and make their mark.”

“And who knows, this might just be the chance for someone new to shine and make their own name in the game. Keep your eyes peeled and hold onto your hats, folks!”, Rulani cobtinued.
