The South African football transfer window has recently closed, but major clubs such as Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, and Kaizer Chiefs are still keeping tabs on the market for potential player signings.
Sundowns will be aiming to compete strongly in all three of their upcoming competitions – the Premier Soccer League, Nedbank Cup, and Caf Champions League and are focused on avoiding fatigue.

According to Kick Off, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are both interested in signing Ashley Cupido, the in-form striker from Cape Town Spurs who is currently leading the scoring charts in the National First Division (NFD).
Cupido’s impressive performances have helped propel Cape Town Spurs to within one point of the top of the league table. Both Chiefs and Pirates are reportedly keen to acquire the services of the talented striker and are expected to compete in the transfer market for his signature.
Black Leopards Have Reportedly Turned Down An Offer From Kaizer Chiefs for Thutlwa, according to Soccer Laduma.




According to a report by Soccer Laduma, Kaizer Chiefs made an initial offer of around R3 million for Ticklas Thutlwa’s services during the World Cup break in December.
However, Black Leopards chairman David Thidiela rejected the offer. The report further states that both Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch FC submitted a bid of R4 million for Thutlwa in January, just before the transfer window closed, but their offer was also turned down.

Kaizer Chiefs have secured the services of Mmodi on a pre-contract, according to sources.




According to KickOff, Kaizer Chiefs have signed Pule Mmodi, an attacking midfielder from Golden Arrows, on a pre-contract agreement.
The Bafana Bafana star’s contract with Arrows is set to expire at the end of June, and Chiefs have moved to secure his services ahead of other potential suitors.
Mmodi has been linked with a move to Chiefs for some time, and the club has now reportedly succeeded in securing the talented midfielder’s signature.
