Who is Eligible: Innovators, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders of Social Impact Organizations
The Global Good Fund Fellowship is designed for emerging leaders and entrepreneurs of both for-profit and non-profit social impact organizations. We welcome individuals from diverse ethnic, religious, economic, geographic, and gender backgrounds. Our ideal candidates are dedicated to their personal growth and development, and they hold full-time leadership positions in social enterprises that have been operational for ideally two to five years.
Our Selection Process: Identifying the Next Generation of Social Impact Leaders
We seek leaders who are scaling their enterprises and are committed to developing their leadership capacity alongside the needs of their organizations. We are looking for individuals who are eager to be coached, possess a growth mindset, and are excited about personalized mentorship that will drive their businesses and teams towards success. Ideal candidates should be fully committed to a 12-month hybrid program offered by the Global Good Fund.
Unleashing Leadership: Join The Global Good Fund Fellowship 2024 for Social Impact PioneersApplication Process Overview:
Phase I: Preliminary Questionnaire (May – June)
Complete a series of short-answer questions that assess your alignment with our Fellowship criteria. Estimated completion time: Approximately 30 minutes.
Phase II: Comprehensive Application (July – August)
Submit a mandatory video sharing your personal story. Provide two recommendation letters. Complete a financial viability template. Answer short essay questions covering topics such as impact measurement, the uniqueness of your enterprise, leadership potential, and coachability. Estimated completion time: Approximately 1-2 hours.
Phase III: Interview (October – November)
Participate in a 30-minute video interview. Invite one colleague or community member who can testify to your work to join the interview.
